Job Summary

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HEALTH SYSTEM SPECIALIST in the Warfighter Optimization Directorate, Operational Force Readiness Department, Medicine Readiness and Training Center (NMRTC) of NMRTC BREMERTON WA.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Prepare and maintain departmental business plans and collaborate with the command and Defense Health Agencies and other entities to ensure compliance with visions and alignment to initiatives. 2.) Identify problems and design solutions and alternatives through research, data analysis, and best practices. 3.) Develop and update policies and procedures for administrative practices within the department. 4.) Maintain performance appraisals, awards, and disciplinary actions for assigned employees.
