Job Summary
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM SPECIALIST in the HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT STAFF (N15) COMMAND SERVICES DEPARTMENT (N1) of NAVOCEANO BAY ST LOUIS.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Supervisory skills and/or training, either in the Federal government or private sector; Leadership skills in order to lead a team in support of missions, functions, and tasks of an organization; Resource management skills such as budget development, planning, and execution; Organizational management planning, organizing, and directing the work activities of personnel and coordinating with others in the organization to meet program objectives; Experience in communicating orally, and in writing, specifically with high level personnel; Experience with Human Capital Management policies, guidance, and practices; Experience with Human Resources policy and guidance, and practices.
