Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience managing and evaluating comprehensive Human Resources Management (HRM) programs, including recruitment, classification, workforce development, and employee relations. Experience providing strategic consultation and authoritative guidance to senior leadership on the formulation and implementation of civilian personnel policies and processes. Experience analyzing the impact of statutory and regulatory actions on an organization and formulating command-wide implementation plans to ensure compliance.
