You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST located in the office of the BUSINESS DIRECTOR, DIVISION 0BD of NSWC PHILA DIV.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Collecting technical and business capability statuses and conducting risk assessments to those capabilities; Tracking the execution of budgets for projects to include proposing adjustments to meet productive targets; and Utilizing cost estimating tools to develop critical metrics data.
