You will serve as a ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN (AUX/ELEC) in the FDRMC DETACHMENT ROTA of FWD DEPLOYED REG MAINT CTR DET ROTA, SPAIN.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing technical assistance for maintenance activities, or repair activities, casualty reports or similar technical issues AND Preparing technical reports and formal correspondence identifying aspects of problems, their causes, and corrections applied AND Performing technical support for functional checkout, grooming, adjustment, and test of shipboard systems/equipment in a systems qualifications test environment AND Providing technical/engineering guidance to superintendents of shipbuilding, port engineers and to naval shipyards.
