Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector advising management on the myriads of employee relations competency areas such as performance and conduct issues, employee grievances and appeals, time and attendance issues; providing guidance to management related to the appropriate procedures of developing performance plans and rating and rewarding employees.
