Information Technology Division - Arlington, VA The selectee of this position serves as a Budget Analyst. You will be responsible for performing a wide variety of analytical and administrative duties relating to budget formulation, budget execution, and financial management.

GS-13 TIME IN GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-12 grade level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-13 grade level. (Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. No award SF-50 will be accepted). You may qualify at the GS-0560-13 level, if you fulfill the following qualification: Specialized Experience: Must have at least one year (52 weeks) of full-time specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the federal service performing the following duties: 1. Reviewing monthly invoices for accuracy and resolving billing issues/problems; 2. Preparing a variety of financial reports/analyses for management; 3. Assisting management on financial planning and management of funds; AND 4. Reviewing financial obligations and expenditures. IN DESCRIBING YOUR EXPERIENCE, PLEASE BE CLEAR AND SPECIFIC.
