Job Summary

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR in the AFLOAT WORKFORCE (N12A2) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS), Virtual/Augmented Reality (VR/AR), and maritime simulation systems. Experience translating operational training requirements into technical specifications for Performance Work Statements (PWS) for both traditional instruction and digital deliverables. Experience presenting and developing briefings and/or technical information papers to higher-level management, as it pertains to classroom and instructor evaluations. Experience supervising contract instructors, performing evaluations on contract instructors, and ensuring adherence to instructional standards. Experience analyzing policies and procedures to identify any problems or inefficiencies within the policies and/or procedures and implementing a solution.
