You will serve as a LEAD IT SPECIALIST (CUSTOMER SUPPORT) in the Information Technology & Cyber Security Department of PSNS and IMF.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: overseeing, planning, managing, and directing IT operational resources & providing technical customer service and technical leadership in functions related to Navy/Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) support. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
