You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the Command Services Department, Naval Oceanographic Offices of NAVOCEANO BAY ST LOUIS.
Job Description
GS-15 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in Supervision: provides leadership and supervision in a large, complex, cutting-edge scientific/technical organization. Experience in Human Capital Management: interpreting and applying Federal, DoD, and DoN human resources policies. Experience in Resource Management: provide management oversight for the planning and execution of departmental funds and contracts. Experience in Leadership and Communication: interpret directives, develop broad objectives, effectively interact with personnel at all levels, and communicate persuasively both orally and in writing.
