You will serve as a TECHNICAL EDITOR in the DOCTRINE of NAVINFOWARDEVCEN NORFOLK.

GS-12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience writing, researching, analyzing and editing doctrinal publications. Experience independently reviewing and editing documents such as concepts, CONOPS, OPTASK, NWPs, NTTPs, NTRPs, TACMEMOs, and TACBULs Experience participating in IW doctrine related discussions at Navy, Joint, and combined seminars, conferences, and various other forums. Experience developing white papers, point papers, and power point presentations detailing the command's position, recommendation, and gap analysis related to warfighting operations, planning, and tactics. Experience supporting communication and collaboration efforts using means such as SharePoint and cloud-based solutions. Experience assisting in the adjudication of comments and drafting flag-level packages.
