You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANANLYST in the U.S. NAVY of NAVOBSERV.

Job Description

GS-13 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience providing courses of action to ensure consistency with FL THRO, OCHR, and organization strategies and objectives. Experience devising and recommending integrated approaches to human capital management, providing long range program plans, goals, objectives, and milestones which serve as the basis for substantive changes in the organization, administration of programs, improvements in the effectiveness and efficiency of the civilian workforce, and addressing key gaps in workforce supply and demand. Experience developing human capital plans to forecasts demand such as estimating the staffing levels and competencies required in the future workforce. Experience managing the development and implementation of the command training program for civilian and military personnel, including management of the command's fiscal year training budget, development of Individual Development Plans (IDP's), processing and tracking of requests for training (SF-182's) and management of yearly required training. Experience recommending policy for actions that are administrative in nature and coordinates with organizational subject matter experts ensuring proper implementation. You will recommend/execute changes to existing administrative policies or directives for the organization.
