Job Summary
You will serve as a PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (SHIPS) in the Engineering and Planning Dept, Chief Engineer, Process Control Div (Code 220), Work Packing (Nuclear) BR (Code 229) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying Nuclear Work Packaging and Control (NWPC) waterfront experience releated to work release, execution and certifaction. Experience handling and processing Technical Work Documents (TWDs) including Deficiency Reports, Deficiency Logs and associated tools (AIM, AIM EP, SPETT, MRQT, MAT, ATIS, JEDMICS and/or CITIS. Experience demonstrating abilities to liaison with other organizations such as production shops, project leadership and engineering with regards to management of Work Packaging products and services (i.e. scheduling conflicts, interaction during meetings, interaction with Project Material Managers (PMM) and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to resolve material issues.)
