Job Summary

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PRODUCTION DIVISION DIRECTOR in the PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTORATE of PACIFIC MISSILE RANGE FACILITY. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Thorough understanding of Public Works Directorate activities, including Facilities Management(FSRM) & Sustainment (ST), Utilities and Energy Management (UEM), and Transportation (TR). 2. Operation and maintenance of electrical, steam, sewage, and water distribution systems. 3. The position requires responsibility for the estimating, planning, and execution of all maintenance and construction projects managed by the Production Division. 4. Actively supervises civilians through multiple levels, assigns work based on priorities and employee capabilities, and provides technical oversight..
