Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1. Managing multi-disciplinary functions including facilities planning, maintenance, utilities, transportation, engineering, construction acquisition, and environmental compliance. 2. Resolving grievances at the lowest level, and supervising personnel under civil service and Equal Employment Opportunity guidelines. 3. Tracking and managing diverse funding streams, budgets, labor expenditures, or utility billings. 4. Interfacing with, briefing, and negotiating with high-ranking military officers, senior civilian executives, and local/state government officials.
