Job Summary

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Commander, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. This position is also subject to a Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) currently set at 8.64%. COLA is subject to change without notice.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Utilizing and applying knowledge of High Voltage Electrical Safety and journeyman level electrician experience. Managing programs and applying policies and procedures in the development of programs and recommendations to support long-term workforce requirements. Monitoring progress and evaluating outcomes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Providing directions and guidance to management and other staff. Performing analysis and evaluation of alternatives for difficult problem solutions.
