Job Summary

You will serve as a SUPPORT SERVICES SPECIALIST in code N31C of NMCPAC EAD Unit Pearl Harbor. A post allowance amount, (otherwise known as: COLA), of 8.9% will be added to the stated salary. Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: building maintenance and facilities management, including prioritizing and submitting work requests for operations, maintenance, and contract work, experience in government property management and accountability, including the use of systems like the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), and the ability to track status of multiple projects and provide regular updates to management.
