You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY) in the OFFICERS PROGRAM DEPARTMENT of NAV RECRUITING DISTRICT SAN FRAN.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing knowledge of military policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain military personnel service records; 2) Researching information in military records and databases in order to respond to inquiries regarding military human resources issues; 3) Utilizing automated systems to create and maintain military records; AND 4) Providing customer service, training, or technical guidance to military members, applicants, and staff regarding personnel actions and processing requirements.
