Job Summary

You will serve as a PLANT MAINTENANCE BRANCH MANAGER in the Facility & Plant Maintenance Division of the Facility & Infrastructure Management Department of FLTREADCEN EAST.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing the complete range of industrial maintenance planning and execution requirements including reactive maintenance, preventive maintenance, proactive maintenance, corrective maintenance, facility modernization projects, inspection, testing, etc. of a variety of production machinery, industrial equipment, utilities and facilities; 2) Reviewing emerging workload requirements and determine the number of workers, skill sets, equipment, facilities, materials, and tools needed to execute workload; 3) Ensuring that the quality management system is established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with the International Standard for Quality Management Systems; 4) Determining the appropriate placement of resources using management principles; 5) Utilize subordinate leads and teams to control and manage a variety of maintenance work functions to ensure maximum equipment reliability and readiness while fulfilling the mission of the organization; 6) Determining personnel actions to be accomplished, such as promotions, demotions, appointments, discipline, leave, performance ratings, reassignments, and other supervisory responsibilities.
