Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional SUPERVISORY ELECTRONICS ENGINEER performing duties such as: 1) Expertise in Aircraft Electrical Systems including mastery-level technical knowledge of the design, development, and integration of electrical systems and power distribution for air vehicles, including the ability to assess the feasibility of new design approaches; 2) Avionics Systems Engineering to include in-depth understanding of systems engineering principles and practices as they apply to the life-cycle support of avionics and weapons systems for naval tactical aircraft including defining system architectures and coordinating across engineering disciplines; 3) Proven ability to lead an engineering branch, including planning workloads, managing resources, ensuring work quality, and handling administrative responsibilities for technical staff: Proven ability to lead an engineering branch, including planning workloads, managing resources, ensuring work quality, and handling administrative responsibilities for technical staff; 4) Skill in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across different organizational divisions to secure support and resources for engineering projects.
