You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the SPECIAL ASSISTANT FOR RESOURCE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT of the NAVAL INFORMATION FORCES.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience and expert knowledge in DoW's Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution process. Experience and expert Knowledge in Appropriations Law. How the Purpose, Time, and Amount Statutes apply to Department of the Navy Appropriations. Experience and possess technical expertise in Navy ERP, The system of record for Navy financial operations. Experience releasing funding, tracking commitments, and monitoring actual execution. Experience managing budgets for commands and/or programs of record and holding commands and/or programs accountable to execution plans. Experience working and integrating into a high performing team while leading team efforts.
