Job Summary

You will serve as a Supply Management Specialist (Inventory Auditor) in the Industrial Supply Division, MRO Logistics Department of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Performing comprehensive inventory audits, conducting physical inventories (including book-to-floor and floor-to-book methods), and executing location and condition validations across warehouse, work-in-progress (WIP), and industrial storage areas to ensure material accountability; 2) Reviewing and analyzing interrelated supply, financial, and production data to identify inventory discrepancies, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions to resolve moderately complex tracking issues; 3) Applying Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) and Department of Defense (DoD) audit standards to evaluate internal controls, prepare audit workpapers, compile evidentiary packages, and generate formal audit findings and reports; and 4) Utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP/SAP) systems to research financial and supply transactions, interpret audit trails, and support organizational audit readiness.
