You will serve as a SHIPBUILDING SPECIALIST in the WATERFRONT OPERATIONS, SRF SINGAPORE DETACHMENT of SRF DETACHMENT SINGAPORE.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience performing detailed work specification planning to include estimating and material sourcing, specification preparation, evaluations, surveillance, and monitoring of all repairs, overhauls, alterations and conversions of surface combatant vessels and other vessels. Experience preparing labor, supervision, equipment and material cost estimates, including budgeting, purchasing and resource planning.
