You will serve as a Supervisory Real Property Officer (RPO) in the Public Works Department, Commander, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing tools such as standardized metrics, practices, processes and staff workload management to analyze long and short-range property needs. 2) Ensuring that all persons receive full equal opportunity and treatment in placement, promotion, training, details, assignments, and related personnel actions based on qualifications. 3) Developing and offering effective, constructive employee and team feedback for improving performance. 4) Providing input to the development of policy and process requirements for inventory data collection and integrity. 5) Conducting inventories, utilization surveys, and/or compliance inspections.
