Job Summary
You will serve as a Foreign Military Assistance Specialist (Country Program Manager) in the in the Naval Education and Training Security Assistance Field Activity (NETSAFA) of NET SEC ASTFLD ACT.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: sector 1) Managing the training associated with Foreign Military Sales and Security Cooperation Education and Training Programs (SCETP) objectives for foreign countries; 2) Working with quantitative and qualitative foreign training and education requirements, making judgements based upon current policy and extenuating circumstances; 3) Providing technical advice for the foreign militaries; and 4)Representing a component of the Department of the War as a responsible authority for aspects of military education.
