Job Summary
You will serve as a SAFETY AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH (SOH) MANAGER in the Infrastructure, Safety and Environmental Department (ISED) of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11/12) grade level or pay band (DA-04) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes: 1) managing comprehensive Safety and Occupational Health (SOH) programs within a high-risk Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) environment; 2) demonstrating strong educational background or equivalent professional experience in safety management, occupational health, or engineering; 3) demonstrating proven expertise in overseeing multi-site regulatory compliance, mitigating complex hazard categories (including radiation, explosives, and industrial operations; 4) designing long-term strategic safety policies; 5) exhibiting exceptional communication, negotiation, and advisory skills to direct cross-functional teams, resolve high-stakes integration challenges, and serve as an expert advisor to senior executive leadership.
