Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying knowledge of Japan including political organization, culture, history, and current events effecting the actions of the Government of Japan and how they will effect relations with the U.S.; Experience applying knowledge of organizational structure, functions, and administrative procedures of a Navy staff; Experience applying knowledge of Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) publication 1 (Joint Warfare of the U.S. Armed Forces).
