You will serve as a Performance Assessment Representative in the FACILITIES SERVICES TECHNICAL SUPPORT of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing Performance Assessment Methodology and applying assessment methods of contractor's work against measurable performance standards; 2) Preparing Performance Assessment Plans (PAPs) and Functional Assessment Plans (FAPs) to assess compliance with contract specifications, and assist in identifying solutions to technical performance problems; 3) Performing a variety of administrative/operational functions to include planning, organizing, and facilitating necessary meetings with customers and contractors with oversight; AND 4) Preparing cost estimates and reviewing an electronic invoicing system such as Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
