You will serve as a TRAINING INSTRUCTOR in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES/ FACILITIES & MAINTENANCE TRAINING DIVISION OF THE PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. GS-09 PAY SCALE: 69,905 TO 90,882 GS-11 PAY SCALE: 84,579 TO 109,959
Job Description
GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience developing, revising, and adapting assigned courses. Experience preparing lessons plans and training materials, based on course objectives. Experience conducting training research for budget purposes and for training quality assurance. Experience determining instructional methods and approaches, obtaining and/or developing necessary training aids, and determining time schedules and sequence of instruction. Experience evaluating instructional approach, developing student evaluation criteria, and evaluating performance in training. GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience revising and adapting assigned courses. Experience preparing lessons plans and training materials, based on course objectives.
