Job Summary

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Office of the Judge Advocate General within OSTC.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent Management Analyst experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying analytical, quantitative, and qualitative techniques to evaluate administrative programs, measure productivity, and recommend solutions for complex record-keeping and operational challenges. Advising on civilian manpower management and labor support functions, including presenting and defending long-range budget estimates through the Future Years Defense Program (FYDP). Analyzing exceptionally large, complex, national-level programs to develop policies and project the impact of new Congressional legislation, Executive Orders, and OMB guidance. Leveraging automation theory, SharePoint, and collaboration tools to innovate traditional records management processes and coordinating records management policy across DoD, DoN, and subordinate commands. Instructing personnel on records management policies and procedures, to include organizing and conducting training sessions. Optimizing routine and complex administrative duties by studying, recommending, and implementing advanced management concepts and practices. Ensuring compliance with the Navy Correspondence Manual, Navy Directives Issuance Manual, and Navy Protocol Manual across all administrative support activities. AND Conducting comprehensive studies on substantive operating programs, preparing staff reports, and delivering persuasive executive briefings to gain leadership acceptance of findings and recommendations.
