Job Description
DA-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09/10 grade level or pay band (DA-03) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing problems to identify significant factors, develop plans of action, and recognize solutions; 2) Independently identifying and utilizing the appropriate tools/tests (e.g., spreadsheets, surveys, focus groups, statistics, research, etc.) to develop and test hypothesis; 3) Independently working with and gathering data from employees at all levels and from diverse backgrounds; 4) Skills in creating useful data visualizations using any of the various data visualization tools (Qlik, Power Platform, Jupiter, or Excel); 5) Communicating orally and in writing to develop accurate, well-organized presentations and written reports for an organization. DA-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09/10 grade level or pay band (DA-03) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Independently utilizing statistics and statistical tools to gather data from employees at all levels and provide science-based insights into patterns and trends; 2) Analyzing administrative and management problems to identify significant factors, develop plans of action, and recognize solutions; 3) Skill in designing database tables and structures; creating views, functions and stored procedures; and creating database triggers for use in automation; 4) Skills using Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Dreamweaver and Python and "R" statistical software; 5) Ability using data to influence decisions and decision makers; 6) Ability communicating effectively during high stress situations.
