You will serve as an IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) in the HEADQUARTERS TECHNOLOGY DIVISION (N64) of MARITIME OPERATIONS CENTER.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector planning, analyzing ,developing or implementing Navy IT systems, networks, and applications; Video teleconference systems (VTC) implementation, scheduling, bridging technologies with supporting real world and exercise scenarios; IT investment strategy and asset management functions and processes to identify and propose improvements; and the development of complex, advanced information systems by applying current constraints imposed by law and regulations. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
