You will serve as a SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST for the OICC PEARL HARBOR NAVAL SHIPYARD.

Job Description

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing, executing, and administering contracts in support of design, construction, Architect-Engineer, maintenance, and environmental engineering for shore facilities; 2) Managing and motivating groups of contracting personnel towards organizational goal accomplishment, including setting priorities, work assignments, and assuring quality products are provided in a timely manner; and 3) Advising all stakeholders on contract policy interpretation, contract proposals, solicitation, negotiation, administration, and termination of contracts.
