Job Summary
You will serve as a Supply Systems Analyst in the Aviation Operations Division of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing advanced analytical techniques, technology, and Readiness Based Sparing (RBS) methodologies to build sophisticated predictive models; 2) Forecasting and determining the optimal inventory of spare parts required to sustain and support various defense platforms and systems; 3) Aggregating and processing extensive engineering, reliability, and cost data to conduct complex scenario analyses; 4) Innovating and implementing new modeling procedures to continuously assess how inventory decisions impact overall fleet readiness and operational budgets; 5) Serving as the principal modeling advisor by translating complex analytical data into actionable recommendations and executive briefings for senior leadership.
