Job Summary

You will serve as a Quality Assurance Specialist (Aircraft) NAMP Ordnance Program Manager in the Compliance and Quality Department of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following duties: Must possess comprehensive knowledge of the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) and the Naval Ordnance Maintenance Program Airborne Weapons Corrective Action Program (NOMP AWCAP) to ensure complete policy compliance. Must have specialized knowledge overseeing critical aviation utility and ordnance systems, specifically including Egress Systems, Aviator Breathing Oxygen (ABO), Aviation Life Support Systems (ALSS), Aircraft Armament Systems (AAS), and the Explosive Handling Personnel Qualification and Certification (Explosive Qual/Cert) program. Ability to execute quality program planning, including managing training curriculums, coordinating practical safety drills, tracking personnel qualifications, and developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor program health. Skills in planning, conducting, and documenting both internal and external audits, paired with technical writing skills to draft local instructions, command procedures, and process control plans. Knowledge of industrial aircraft maintenance processes and Navy data systems, combined with communication skills to define technical problems, present quality issues, and lead multidisciplinary teams.
