Job Summary

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the Architect-Engineering and Construction Contracts Division, NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING SYSTEMS COMMAND PACIFIC.

Job Description

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector 1) Interpreting and ensuring that contract actions are in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, standards, or procedures; 2) Developing, executing, and administering contracts in support of design, construction, facility services and maintenance for shore facilities and 3) Advising on and conducting the procurement process from solicitation to award including source selection and through all post award phases of contracting, including modifications, processing payments, final invoicing, final evaluation, and closeout.
