You will serve as the COMPTROLLER for the CENTER FOR INFORMATION WARFARE TRAINING COMMAND (CIWT) of CENINFOWARTRA PENSACOLA FL.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Directing program execution reviews and analysis for major operating programs; 2) Leading the formulation and execution of multi-year budgets for a large organization; 3) Providing interpretive and analytical advice on financial transactions and program execution to senior managers ensuring the integrity and compliance of managerial accounting and/or reporting; 4) Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to maintain internal controls and audit readiness; and5) Leading complex reconciliations of accounting records, including payroll and unmatched disbursements.
