Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Executing and evaluating a civilian federal equal employment opportunity (EEO) program to include managing the Reasonable Accommodations (RA) program, applying EEO concepts, principles and laws, analyzing reports, advising on the application of EEO program requirements, briefing senior leadership on Federal Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations and precedent decisions related to Federal Government EEO program, and developing strategic initiatives and recommendations for senior leaders.
