You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST for the Surface Warfare Directorate in the Resourcing Branch of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following: Utilizing all aspects of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process to analyze the Command's programs and resources; Managing and resolving resource sponsorship issues related to Program Objective Memorandum (POM) formulation and re-programming efforts; Applying capability-based analysis to the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development process to determine prioritization of emergent issues; Collaborating with resource sponsors and external staff to resolve critical budget, accounting, and financial management programming issues; AND Preparing briefs for senior managers on program execution and providing recommendations to correct program variances or problem areas.
