Qualification requirements emphasis is on quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time. This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. The Screen-out Element for this position is: THE ABILITY TO LEAD OR SUPERVISE: 1) Assisting with a multi-trade workforce (including maintenance mechanics, plumbers, pipefitters, HVAC technicians, and carpenters); 2) Having some understanding of facility maintenance operations across multiple disciplines (HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, facility maintenance) to assist with assessing work, assigning tasks, and ensuring quality control; 3) Assisting with work orders, planning projects, and allocating resources; and 4) Helping with administrative tasks for a work center, which includes payroll and timekeeping.
