You will serve as a Lead General Supply Specialist of NAVSUP FLC SD GF.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience performing General Supply Specialist work equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying the following specialized experience: Demonstrate ability to coordinate complex logistics and material support across multiple systems, activities, and organizations to meet operational requirements. Proven ability to lead and develop personnel by setting priorities, assigning work, monitoring progress, and providing technical guidance and training to achieve mission success. Strong ability to evaluate logistics issues, identify root causes, and independently resolve complex problems in fast-paced, operational environments. Demonstrated ability to prepare clear, concise reports, correspondence, and briefings, while effectively communicating with leadership, customers, and partner organizations. Demonstrated ability to serve as a primary point of contact, build strong customer relationships, and deliver responsive, mission-focused support to resolve logistics requirements. Ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate across multiple agencies, and support planning, execution, and continuous improvement of logistics programs.
