You will serve as a Training Specialist in the Electrical/Electronics Shop (950), Production Resources Department Manager (901), Production Resources Department (900) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: Experience conducting audits of shop trade/core tasks records and qualification records and qualification records for conformance with establish guidelines. Experience with determining the procurement, storage, and use of instructional materials and textbooks, audio-visual aids, training devices, and laboratory equipment. Experience with maintaining comprehensive electronic files of Mechanic Training Folders. Experience with knowledge of various training methods, procedures, devices, and resources to develop and maintain a broad knowledge of all phase for employee training and development.
