You will serve as an EQUIPMENT FACILITIES AND SERVICES SPECIALIST in the FACILITY AND INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Job Description
FOR THE GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing MAXIMO or equivalent CMMS for planning and scheduling of maintenance and repair activities; 2) Implementing policies, procedures and processes to facilitate life cycle management of assets; 3) Manage the collection of data to support proactive maintenance management; 4) Tracking and updating the status of all in progress and completed maintenance work orders in MAXIMO or equivalent CMMS. FOR THE GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
