Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: As a professional engineer leading cross-functional engineering teams to oversee the design, modernization, and construction of submarines by coordinating with stakeholders and contractors in order to resolve complex engineering issues, mitigate risk, and ensure programs are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with mission requirements.
