Job Summary

You will serve as a Petroleum, Oil, & Lubricants (POL) Supervisory Project Manager in the Shore Department of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC) Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-03 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12 through GS-14. This position does not have a control point.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-02 (or GS-05 - GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning, programming, budgeting regulations, and experience in construction and Architect & Engineer (A&E) contracting; 2) Developing funding, acquisition, and resourcing requirements; 3) Executing the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) SRM Program: 4) Familiarity with American Petroleum Institute (API) inspection processes and Petrolum, Oil, & Lubricant (POL) systems: 5) Analyzing complex issues and implement innovative solutions, combined with excellent communication skills for creating briefings and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
