You will serve as an Information Technology Specialist (Customer Support) in the Information Technolgy (IT) office of NAVAL CONSOLIDATED BRIG MIRAMAR.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Coordinates and executes security and information assurance policies, principles, practices and controls to ensure security requirements are identified and are in regulatory compliance; 2) Provides user accounts management; maintains systems passwords; provides assistance and coordinates access privileges for prisoners and staff network systems; 3) Installs, configures and maintains hardware devices supporting the organization's Administrative Systems (IS), networks and local operating systems and software; and 4) Performs tests, maintenance and technical analysis when required on network file servers, print servers, network cabling, workstation connections, network and standard printers, and the prisoner network.
