Job Summary
You will serve as the Underwater Electromagnetic (UEM) Stealth Advisor in the Test & Evaluation and Fleet Support Branch of the Underwater Electromagnetic (UEM) Signatures and Technology Division, Code 753 of CARDEROCK DIV NS. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The ND-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 (GS-12/13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer providing technical input to support fleet operations; coordinating and communicating at a high level among different naval commands and stakeholders on stealth-related matters; assessing Underwater Electromagnetic system data to identify deficiencies and corrective actions; and applying procedures related to signature maintenance and management.
