Job Summary
You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) Department (N9), Fleet Readiness Division (N92), Navy Ashore Food Service (Galley) (N925) of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS COMMAND (CNIC).
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience evaluating complex federal and organizational regulatory frameworks to assess their impact on agency programs. Experience drafting and executing strategic policies, standard operating procedures, and comprehensive governance guidelines. Experience applying qualitative and quantitative research methods to measure program effectiveness and pinpoint operational deficiencies. Experience leveraging advanced communication skills to author high-impact briefs, reports, and lead presentations for senior agency leadership. Experience performing administrative and managerial functions for organizational and personnel management, programming, budgeting and financial analysis.
