Job Summary

You will serve as a INTEGRATED PREVENTION COORDINATOR in the Fleet and Family Support (FSS) (N91) in the of NAVAL AIR STATION.

Job Description

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing and implementing comprehensive primary prevention programs aimed at reducing problematic behaviors such as suicide, sexual assault, and workplace violence across an organization; 2) Advising and consulting with organizational leadership to interpret climate assessments, identify risk factors, and develop data-informed prevention strategies; 3) Coordinating cross-functional efforts with key stakeholders such as medical personnel, equal opportunity offices, and family advocacy programs to integrate prevention methodologies; 4) Designing and delivering targeted prevention training, educational presentations, and program updates to varied audiences including senior leaders; and 5) Analyzing data from organizational reports and utilizing program evaluation techniques to assess effectiveness, ensure policy compliance, and recommend continuous improvements.
