Job Description
In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Warranted contracting officer; 2) Conducting acquisition planning and contract pre/post-award functions for architect-engineering, construction, and/or facility support services; 3) Administering architect-engineering, construction, and/or facility support services contracts to include supplemental agreements, justifications, approval reviews/fair opportunity evaluations and claims disputes, and contract terminations; and 4) interpreting and applying relevant laws, regulations, policies, standards, or procedures to specific contracting issues in the architect-engineering, construction, and facility services arena.
